We are proud to be Brooklyn's first and only Certified Green Restaurant®. In working with the Green Restaurant Association® to achieve this status, we have been able to significantly reduce our energy consumption, water usage and waste production.

A few steps we have taken are: implementation of a full recycling program, compost pick-up for all food waste, use of post-consumer recycled take-out packaging, reusable tableware and flatware for dine in customers, energy efficient appliances, and low-flow water spray valves.
